Wilna developed the ability to see great business opportunities and turn them into successful and profitable businesses. Her life passion is to grow woman in business and grow communities. As the owner of Business Women Unite and Virtual Office Assist, she feels that she can celebrate, mentor and empower woman & our youth on a platform that is in line with her own values and dreams.

Kezanne Conradie

Project Manager

Kezanne has developed the ability to help grow start-up businesses with the support of the admin department which keep businesses running smoothly and to meet clients’ needs and expectations. She has more than 10 years experience in administration as well as the medical industry. Her exceptional organisational skills consist of the ability to help a business make sound decisions, prioritize and concentrate on the task to deliver high-quality, desirable results. 

Nontobeko Maphumulo

Project Supervisor

Nontobeko has more than 10 years experience in Office Management, Customer Relations, Human Resources and ICT support. She received her National qualification in Business Administration and firmly believe that one should never underestimate the power of education. She feels proud of her track record and consider it a tremendous privilege to work with Business Women Unite & Virtual Office Assist and its vast network of dedicated people who are just as passionate about the importance of education.

Merinda Smit

Events Management

Merinda has 24 years hands on experience within the hospitality, performing arts and marketing industry which includes her own dance school, corporate companies such as Eskom Conference Centre, Pleasure Foods (Wimpy), Marketing Assistant Debonairs Pizza and Brand Manager, Steers, Famous Brands. She is now the business owner of ABC Event Experts an Event Management company with high emphasis on skills development for the said industry. 2019 will be the year to answer the question: "There must be a smarter, new, bigger and easier ways to break into the mould of the "same old ways" of conducting events, wedding planning and skills development training services." says Merinda.
 

Tanja Dekker

Tanja is a woman with a passion for people and growth and believes it is important to reach out to communities; she is a creative brand strategist with an eye for long-term results. She is driven to achieve business excellence with passion and integrity. With 20 years of experience in sales and marketing in various advertising agencies, Tanja’s big-picture perspective focuses on results. Tanja founded her marketing and events agency in 2008 and today celebrates 10 years of proven results
and business excellence. She has a gift for innovative ideas, growing people, multi-tasking; and a drive to move clients from success to significance.

Jeanette Vollet

Accountants - Account Supervisor

Jeanette has worked in the fields of bookkeeping and business management for over 20 years with various organizations.

 

Now, living in Krugersdorp for the past 18 years, her focus is on helping small business owners and independent professionals with their bookkeeping, accounting and tax preparation needs.

Este have been working as a professional Accounting Consultant for more than 15 years. She is a qualified Senior Accountant with experience using Pastel as Basic Accounting software. Over the years, she has helped clients with financial
management, financial forecasting and auditing. Checking for compliance with financial regulations, including analyzing financial documents, file financial reports and tax documents. She is
 currently busy with studies to complete her Diploma in Technical Financial Accounting.
