We assist clients with the entire process of obtaining and renewal of liquor licences in terms of Liquor Act as amended, 2003 (Act 59 of 2003), which includes any person who micro-manufactures or sells liquor for retail purposes in Gauteng, this includes submitting the applications at the relevant liquor board, advertisements in the necessary forums, assistance with rezoning if necessary, motivations etc. 
                    
LABOUR LAW TRAINING

 

We provide in-depth labour law training for employers and their employees within the workplace.
Our labour Law training will assist Managerial employees within the company to better understand the Basic Conditions of employment act and the Labour Relations Act. All managerial employees will therefore receive training on all aspects of Labour law which includes, but are not limited to: Legislation and contracts (How to draw up your own Employment Contracts), Dismissal and discipline in the workplace (How and when can Employees be dismissed and how and when should progressive discipline be followed) and also Union and strike management,
