Rudi was born on 16 Nov 1969 in Pretoria in a middle class home & matriculated in 1987.

 

He completed his military service in the SAPS during 1988-1990.

 

Thereafter he started his career in a big corporate from 1991 & left this industry in July 2013 as Operations Director after 22 years.
